Thanks to everyone who participated, Capital City Reads: Three Cups of Tea was a huge success. Beginning February 9th with the spectacular photo chronicle of Rick Gunn’s bicycle trip around the world to last week’s rebroadcast of Greg Mortenson’s momentous March 9th visit to Carson City, attendance exceeded expectations. Based on the number of Mr. Mortenson’s books borrowed from the library, they were read and discussed throughout the community.
Capital City Reads: Three Cups of Tea was made possible by a grant from the Institute of Museum and Library Services awarded through the Nevada State Library and Archives.
